Shipping Methods

NicchiaLuxury.com ships worldwide via express courier. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not available.

During promotional periods, order processing and delivery times may require additional business days.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight/volume, and any additional courier services.

 

Free shipping thresholds (minimum subtotal after discounts and promo codes):

  • Italy: from €60
  • Europe (EU): from €120
  • United Kingdom: from £105
  • United States: from $140
  • Canada: from CAD 194
  • Australia: from AUD 212
  • Other non-EU countries: from $140 USD

 

Duties and Import Taxes

Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable (only outside the European Community), are not included in item prices or shipping fees.

Any additional charges related to customs clearance, taxes, or local duties are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to the relevant customs authorities upon delivery.

We encourage customers to check in advance with their local customs office to verify whether such charges apply and their estimated amount before placing an order.

 

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the period needed to prepare the order and hand it over to the courier.

Processing time varies depending on the item and is visible on each product page, for example:

  • Shipped within 24 hours
  • Shipped within 3 days

Processing times refer to business days. Orders are handled during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays*.

*Italian National Holidays:

  • 1 and 6 January
  • Easter Sunday and Easter Monday
  • 25 April
  • 1 May
  • 2 June
  • 15 August
  • 1 November
  • 8, 25, and 26 December

If an order contains multiple products with different processing times, it will be shipped in a single parcel once all items are ready.

Example of an order with different processing times:

  • Product 1 – Shipped within 24 hours
  • Product 2 – Shipped within 2 days

The order will be processed and handed to the courier based on the longer timeframe, in this case within 2 business days.

During sales and promotional periods, processing times may require additional business days.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once the order has been handed to the courier and must be added to the processing time described above.

For example, for an order with a processing time of “Shipped within 2 days” and a delivery time of “1–3 business days”, delivery will occur within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, islands, and remote locations, delivery may require an additional 1–2 business days.

NicchiaLuxury.com is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or force majeure events beyond our control.

 

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with instructions on how to track your parcel, including the courier tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment.

 

Order Delivery

When placing an order, ensure that you provide the correct address and contact details to avoid delivery issues.

The recipient name on the shipping address must match the name displayed on the intercom/doorbell at the delivery address.

 

What Happens if Delivery Fails?

Two delivery attempts will always be made.

  • On the first attempt, if the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice with a tracking number and phone number to arrange a new delivery appointment.
  • On the second and final attempt, if the recipient is still absent, the shipment will be held at the courier’s depot, and storage fees will be charged to the recipient.
