Refund policy
Our Return Policy states that customers have 14 days from the date they receive an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received:
- All tags must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must be returned with its original box.
- Perfumes, beauty products, and home fragrances must be intact, unopened, unused, and with their protective wrapping unaltered.
- Fashion items (e.g., accessories) must not have been washed, worn, or used.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties and taxes (the latter only for countries outside the European Community), are the responsibility of the customer. Any damage to returned products or additional costs, if present, will also be charged to the customer.
If the product arrives damaged, it will not be refunded.
If duties and taxes are charged to us upon delivery (only for countries outside the European Community), such amounts will be deducted from the refund.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence to verify the issue before authorizing the return of defective goods and covering the shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item through a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refunded amount will become available to the customer depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase. For credit cards, for example, the average processing time is 10 business days from when NicchiaLuxury issues the refund.
Any costs incurred for the initial shipment of the purchased goods will be refunded only if all items from the order are returned. If you decide to return only part of your order, you will be refunded only for the returned items, excluding shipping costs. This policy is intended to reduce unnecessary shipments and encourage more sustainable and environmentally responsible choices.
The refund will be issued in the same currency used for the original purchase. Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
